The following recipients received scholarships in 2008 to study the topics indicated and also attended the 2008 APWA Congress in New Orleans.

2007 Overseas Study Tour Scholarships

MEF Victoria made the following awards available in 2007 to the recipients indicated to attend the APWA Congress in San Antonio, Texas, USA and participate in a study tour to Europe to research the topics indicated.
