2009 INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC WORKS CONFERENCE SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS
MEF Victoria made nine scholarships available for engineers from local government authorities within Victoria to attend the International Public Works Conference to be held in Melbourne from 6th to 10th September 2009.
A further scholarship was awarded to David Fricke of Moreland City Council to participate in the IPWEA National Overseas Study Tour to USA and Europe in September 2009. The report on the topic of study by David will be provided on this site in due course.
