Keith H. Wood AM, FIE Aust, DIP C.E.
Keith is Chairman of the Foundation.
Keith is an Emeritus Member of IPWEA and is also Secretary to the National Foundation for Local Government Engineering. He was the President of IPWEA Vic formerly known as LGEA Vic in 1963 . He was also Executive Director of LGEA National from its inception in 1977 through to 1995 and Chaired the 3rd National Conference in Melbourne in 1985.
The American Public Works Association (APWA) in August 1999 recognised Keith for his demonstrated commitment to further the international relationships between APWA and IPWEA and again in 2005 for fostering international exchange and friendships between Australia and the United States.
His local government experience was gained at the Cities of Brunswick, Preston and Whittlesea before establishing a civil consulting practice, Keith H. Wood and Associates (now WBCM Pty. Ltd.).
As a professional, Keith is the former Chairman of WBCM Consultants Pty. Ltd., civil engineers and planners, covering the land development industry and local government services. He then went on in 1998 as Chairman for five years of the public listed company WHK Group Limited, financial planners, accountants and wealth managers specialising in self managed superannuation and pension funds.
Keith is a Life Member of Green Acres Golf Club and the Golf Society of Australia. His passion for golf led Keith to be a Councillor of the Victorian Golf Association for 13 years, five as Vice President and Rules Chairman up until 2001. He represented Victoria on the Board of Golf Australia (Australian Golf Union) officiating at golf’s National events.
Keith was made a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in the Australia Day Honours 1989 in recognition of service to local government engineering and golf administration. In 2000 he was awarded the Australian Sports Medal.
Keith is a member of several city and sporting clubs and is dedicated to Municipal Engineering management together with golf as a relaxation.

Robert W. Ward
Robert is a former Municipal Engineer previously employed as Director Physical and Environmental services at Macedon Ranges Shire Council in Victoria. He retired in 2005.
Robert worked in local government since 1969, mostly in Victoria, holding senior positions in urban and rural municipalities.
Robert served on the State Executive of LGEA (Vic) (IMEA) from 1985 to 1991, serving as State President in 1990.
He has been a Trustee since 1992.

Claude Cullino
Claude is a qualified municipal engineer and is employed as the Chief Executive Office, Civil Contractors Federation, Vic Branch.
Claude worked in local Government from 1971 to 2009 and is involved in a number of Sector Associations promoting professional involvement and participation.
Claude has a strong commitment to sustainable practices, professional development and expanding the skill base of local government Engineers.
Appointed as a Trustee in December 2003, Claude welcomes the opportunity to promote the Foundation's values to the sector.

Rob Mitchell, Dip CE, FIE, Aust CP Eng, AAIM
Rob has a long career in the consulting industry and a strong interest in municipal engineering. He commenced his engineering career in 1967 and was appointed Chairman and Managing Director of WBCM Group, a major engineering and planning consulting company in Victoria, in 1996. He has served as Chairman and a committee member on the national committee of Local Government Engineering for Engineers Australia. Rob was appointed as a Trustee in December 2004.

Warren Roberts
Warren is currently the Chief Executive Officer, Stonnington City Council. A qualified Municipal Engineer with post graduate qualifications in business he has been employed in Local Government for over 30 years during which time he has established a broad range of industry networks and contacts.
Warren has served on both the State and National Boards of IPWEA for over 9 years. During this period Warren has been both State and National President where he represented Australian Public Works Engineers both Nationally and Internationally. He has also served as the Convenor of the National Works and Engineering Conference and is an active member of the conference Committee and has been actively involved with other emerging sector issues.
Warren has a keen interest in the Environment and Sustainability, Strategic Planning and also on the challenges facing the Industry and Profession with Recruitment and Retention of Staff, and in the promotion of Engineering and Local Government as a career.
Warren was appointed a Trustee in January 2007 and is active in contributing to the promotion and ongoing sustainability of the Foundation.

Secretary
Merv Paton
Merv is currently employed as the Director of Operations at the National Office of Local Government Managers Australia in Melbourne.
Since 1989, he has worked with LGMA (Vic Division) and on amalgamation of the Victorian Divisions of IMM, IMEA and VMCSA in 1996 was engaged as the Office Manager / Deputy Executive Director before commencing employment with the LGMA (IMM) National Office in 1997. Merv also became Secretary of the Foundation at this time.
Prior to 1989, Merv previously had an extensive military career resigning from the Army with the rank of Major.
